The charge sheet has been field at the woman"s commission office in Patna, saying that he (husband) does not bathe daily and do not brush regularly in a day.Instead of bathing every day he used to bathe for 10 days .
She lives in a new village in Desari area of Baisali district. Soni Devi and her husband engaged in 2017. Soni Devi reported that before the marriage they both are unknown to one another . They first met at the wedding hall.She can able to know about the bad habit of her husband"s unclean nature from her mother-in-law after their wedding .
Soni Devi alleged that husband Manish Ram could not speak properly . He always spoke in his own rural area language .
